Yes i would.
He overstayed his usefulness and is on the narcissitic personality disorder spectrum but he did deliver what was asked of him and made us stronger (even if you think with the money he had he should have done better).
He will be thanked by me but I accept I may be drowned out by a cacophony of abuse :-)
